Keysight 4278A 1 kHz/1 MHz电容表是一个高速可靠的精密测试仪器，主要用于对生产线和质量控制过程中的输入/输出电容器进行检验。Keysight 4278A能够对中低容量的电容器（最高200 μF，大多数陶瓷和薄膜式电容器的电容量在这个范围内）进行比较测量，从而提高测试效率。 Keysight 4278A的标准测量频率和振荡器输出电平分别为1 kHz/1 MHz，和从0.1 V到1 V ，以0.1 V步进。

Keysight 4278A的内置比较器功能可将部件分为10类。它还提供了高速HP-IB接口和可选的处理器接口，可将Keysight 4278A与自动处理器和外部计算机连接起来，以建立能够自动进行测试和数据采集与分析的完整解决方案。
